Courtney Elliott

Director of Operations

Courtney joined Main Street Financial Solutions in September 2017 as the Chief Operations Officer. She acts as the Director of Operations for GENCapital Advisory Partners with responsibilities to include human resources, operations, and compliance functions at MSFS. Courtney works to provide guidance to MSFS’s advisors on operations and procedures to ensure compliance and protect the interests of the firm’s clients. In addition, she assists in the overall client experience by supporting advisors and addressing client needs. Courtney earned her bachelor’s degree from Providence College.

Prior to joining Main Street Financial Solutions, Courtney spent 11 years in various human resources positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as in executive-level human resources positions specializing in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs for startup companies. Courtney lives in Yardley, Pennsylvania, with her husband and three boys.
